Buying a home was an unlikely dream until we met with Debra Boden from Paradise. Other realtors seemed disinterested in helping us. Debra was the most attentive and caring realtor I have ever worked with. She e-mailed us listings, kept in touch by phone or e-mail, she let me know she was genuinely concerned about finding us the right home in the price range we could afford. When we had a hard time with the mortgage company we had picked, she directed us to other lenders who were able to get us a home loan that put our monthly payments where we needed them.

Buying a house wasn't the easiest thing I have ever done and it was scary at times and I worried about it, Debra kept me calm and was always reassuring me that buying a house is a very complicated and lengthy process and I needed to just sit back and relax and let her do all the "wiggin-out". If it weren't for her doing all the worrying for me I probably would have lost my mind.

As for my next house, if there ever is another, you can bet I will go and see Debra and her staff of fine, dedicated and friendly associates to help me with the next one. I have friends who are looking for a house too, I told them all about her and have handed out several of her cards. I don't usually do recommendations but I just had to tell someone what a great job Debra and Paradise Home Realty did in helping my husband and I get our first home.

We just want to say what a wonderful job Debra and the others at Paradise Realty did for us. We were a newly married, young couple (Robert is 22 and I am 20). Because of Hurricane Ivan, the lease on a house we were renting was not going to be renewed. After desperately searching for a rental, we had, on a whim, walked into the Paradise Realty office at Cordova Mall and spoke to Debra to see if they had any rentals available in the area for a certain price range. Instead, we gave her our information and walked out with the idea of buying a house. Two months later, we own our own home and enough room to have a family.

We could go on for days on how much Debra has helped us. Not only is she personable, she takes care of people. If anything went wrong during the process of buying our house (which wasn't much), Debra was first to know and handled it immediately.
